Strawberry Lemonade Cake
A tender lemon cake made with fresh lemon zest and juice, layered with a bright strawberry reduction for a balance of sweet and tangy flavor. finished with a light, strawberry-lemon flavored, ermine frosting.
Strawberry Pound Cake
Our Strawberry Pound Cake is rich, buttery, and bursting with real strawberry flavor. Made with Fresh strawberries blended directly into the batter, this cake is incredibly moist with a soft, dense crumb that melts into your mouth. Finished with a light strawberry glaze and a hint of citrus, it balances out the sweetness with just the right touch of brightness.
